Rebecca L. WeeklEy
Rebecca L. Weekley is an
associate with the law firm of Redman Charlip PLLC. Rebecca concentrates her practice in real
estate law, specifically the areas of title litigation, construction,
landlord-tenant and foreclosure litigation. Rebecca also represents Collex Collision
Experts in a variety of collection matters. She vigorously represents her clients to
protect their interests and understands that communication is the most
important aspect of the attorney-client relationship.
Rebecca received her Juris Doctor in 2004 from Wayne State University Law School. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 2000 from the the University of Michigan. While in law school, Rebecca was involved with the Free Legal Aid Clinic, aiding and advising low income individuals regarding family law issues. She was also the Trial Coordinator of Wayne State University Law School's Student Trial Advocacy Program and an active member of the Women's Law Caucus.
Rebecca is admitted to practice in Michigan and the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan and is also an active member of the Oakland County Bar Association.
