E. Joe Wloszek
E. Joe Wloszek is an associate with the law firm of Redman Law Firm PC.
Joe concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate, business and
commercial litigation, particularly mortgage lien priority disputes, title insurance
coverage disputes, and other contractual disputes.
Prior to joining Redman Law Firm PC, Joe interned with Justice Stephen J. Markman of the Michigan Supreme Court. He also has experience working at a large litigation firm and the Oakland County Prosecutor's Office.
While in law school, Joe was a member of the National Moot Court Competition Team, President of the Federalist Society, Student Bar Representative for the St. Thomas More Society, a member of the American Inns of Court and a member of the Business Law Association.
Joe received his Juris Doctor in 2007 from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics in 2003 from Hillsdale College. He is admitted to practice in Michigan and is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Federalist Society, the American Bar Association and the Oakland County Bar Association. He was recently elected Director of the New Lawyers Committee of the Oakland County Bar Association.
